Marsannay Clos de Jeu 2020, Château de Marsannay

Bright and deep, the dress of this Marsannay is tinged with a beautiful ruby red with purple reflections. Delicate, its nose evokes wild red fruits subtly mixed with scents of violet and raised with a touch of cloves. The palate is rich and complex with a beautiful delicacy of the fruit. Fresh and crunchy wine associated with a fleshy and silky texture and fine tannins that expresses all the minerality of its terroir. The finish is persistent and very fruity.

Tasting :
Perfectly balanced wine that can be kept for 6 to 7 years more.

Pairings :
Excellent on a candied lamb mouse followed by some regional cheeses.
