This organic Marsannay with a beautiful pale yellow color opens on a fresh nose with fruity notes of citrus and pear with a hint of vanilla and honey. The palate is ample and oily with a beautiful minerality in the finish.

To drink on the freshness of the fruit but can be kept 3 to 4 years more.

This wine will pleasantly accompany a pike quenelle with Nantua sauce.
