Magnum Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Maladières – Les Brulées Cuvée Grangier 2020, Hospices de Nuits

This vintage, resulting from the blending of two climats, gives rise to a magnificently structured wine with a sublime, deep ruby ​​color. The extremely attractive nose is marked by small red and black fruits of which cherry plays the leading role. A few notes of sweet spices such as nutmeg and clove and a graceful woodiness enhance the whole. Rich, fleshy and elegant on the palate, it evokes aromas of black cherry pulp as well as the freshness of the fruit bitten from the tree. The silky tannins make it a distinguished wine, full of finesse with very good persistence.

Tasting :

This wine of character is sufficiently powerful and structured for a great aging potentiel but it will nevertheless be difficult to resist as it is so easy to drink.

Pairings :

This racy red deserves the company of a beautiful ripe prime rib or duck breast with porcini mushrooms.
