This plot of about 4 hectares is ideally located at the top of the hill, above the magnificent Chambertin-Clos de Bèze, dean of the Burgundian clos and next to the Ruchottes-Chambertin. The wine produced by Château de Marsannay reveals a brilliant ruby and crystal clear colour. The nose exhales aromas of black fruit and spices perfectly defined spices. Endowed with flexibility, it is creamy and suave at first, then it reveals chew with a beautiful structure indicating virility behind the finesse.

It will become more flexible over the years. Maximum custody estimated at 15 years in magnum.

Pairings :
It will be a companion of choice for a rack of lamb or, with a little evolution, for a tasty partridge souffade without forgetting most of our remarkable regional cheeses.
