Supple and Persistent

This plot is at the foot of the hill of Corton on ochre earth, rich in iron oxide and scree pebbles. The nose is powerful on aromas of cherry-type stone fruits, spices and notes of undergrowth. The mouth is soft and silky with a great aromatic persistence.

Tasting :
The red burgundy wines of the 2017 vintage are rather thin and supple. You can open this magnum without regret now or keep it for another 6 to 8 years.
