An elegant and amazing Gin
Charles-Guillaume and Blandine Simon founded their craft business in 2014. Burgundians of origin, they have reconverted the Clos Saint-Joseph, a very old trading house abandoned for more than 50 years in the heart of Meursault. This small family business offers an exceptional range of spirits combining tradition and modernity.
It took them two years of work to develop the first brand of Gin distilled in Meursault. This beautiful eau-de-vie comes from the assembly of 16 botanicals of which the juniper remains majority of course. However, this recipe is very Burgundy since it also combines 2 varieties of mustards in its composition.
Beautiful crystalline dress. The pleasant and delicate nose reveals citrus aromas and floral notes that precede a clean mouth full of roundness of great freshness.
Definitely an eau-de-vie with delicate and balanced notes with pleasant floral fragrances!
Serve as a Gin and Tonic or in cocktails with lemon or grapefruit liqueurs from the same distillery.
