Finish a good meal on a very fresh note!
Charles-Guillaume and Blandine Simon founded this craft company in 2014. Burgundians of origin, they have reconverted the Clos Saint-Joseph, a very old trading house abandoned for more than 50 years in the heart of Meursault. This small family business offers an exceptional range of spirits combining tradition and modernity.
This liqueur is obtained by macerating the peel of untreated lemons after harvesting for several weeks. Spices are incorporated as and when maceration to enhance the aromas.

Tasting :
Different from a limoncello, this very light yellow lemon liqueur is expressive and delicate. The nose is fresh, lemony and very fine. The mouth is perfectly balanced with as expected a beautiful lemony dominant raised by small touches of spices.
Pairings :
It allows you to finish a good meal on a very fresh note.
Appreciable in digestive it is tasted beaten right out of the freezer. It will also accompany your meals (red fruit soup, lemon meringue pie…).
As a cocktail, it goes perfectly with L’Ô DE JŌ London Dry Gin from the same distillery.
Put in a shaker: 6 cl Gin O JŌ + 4 cl Lemon Bark + a little ice + shaker + a tonic with a very low sugar content + a dash of Cassis liqueur.
