The finesse and subtlety received as a legacy
Coming from the terroir of choice of some of the best Chardonnay in the world, this Puligny sports a pale gold color with bright green reflections. The aerial nose opens on citrus scents characteristic of the great wines of this village. It is scented by aromas of mango, fresh honey, vanilla, raised with a floral touch. On the palate, fruity notes with a harmonious and subtle woody. The aging in oak barrels brings it a hint of roasted almonds and hazelnuts and gives it a ample and generous structure. The very pure finish is supple and mineral.
This sweet and elegant wine can already provide a lot of pleasure but it will continue to improve in the cellar for 5 to 6 years.
Its finesse and aromatic subtlety will be revealed on a warm lobster salad or a risotto with scallops and green asparagus tips.
