When age becomes an asset!

In this generous, sunny vintage, which is also its first certified organic, Château de Marsannay has produced a magnificent wine with a deep ruby-red color and garnet hues that promise to evolve beautifully.  The expressive nose releases luscious aromas of red and black fruits, enhanced by hints of sweet spices and fresh tobacco. On the palate, it’s fleshy, fine and elegant, with a velvety texture and light minerality. The tannins are silky and well-integrated, and the persistent finish is marked by the fruit, which adds a lovely freshness.
