A wine worthy of an emperor
This family estate created in 1879 now covers an area of 20 hectares. Located in Côte de Beaune, it produces a range of 22 appellations ranging from simple Burgundy to prestigious grands crus.
Christine Dubreuil manages it. She succeeded her father Bernard in 2011 (5th generation).
Clear colour with a beautiful golden glow.
The nose reveals aromas of white fruits, citrus and exotic fruits, evolving on fragrances of vine flowers and a hint of vanilla and honey.
The palate is ample, fresh and dominated by a nice minerality. The fullness and the salinity balance perfectly.
This wine is characterized throughout its life by exceptional vigor, power and persistence.
The impatient can already succumb to his charm but it will improve for fifteen years.
Just pan-fried scallops, grilled lobster or a beautiful Bresse poularde, will be the companions of choice for this prince.
