Located on the right bank of the Serein, this vineyard facing south-west, great climate of the Premier Cru Fourchaume is contiguous to the Grand Cru Les Preuses. This 2021 vintage from Domaine Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre is adorned with a pale yellow color, clear and brilliant. The nose is dominated by aromas of white-fleshed fruits, pineapple and citrus with a light woody. In the mouth, the attack is lively and fresh with some toasted notes in the finish.

Tasting :
Its beautiful acidity will allow it to be kept 5 to 6 years longer.
