Chablis Les Preuses Grand Cru 2019, Domaine Nathalie et Gilles Fèvre

The Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is located on a hillside exposed to the Southwest, which dominates the neighbouring Grands Crus. The soils made up of a mixture of marl and limestone from Kimmeridgian are deeper, which allows the vines to take root even more deeply and thus to express this particular terroir as best as possible.The pale yellow colour with golden highlights is luminous. The nose is charming for its subtle and captivating character. The scents of white flowers, citrus fruits and exotic fruits combine with light toasted notes. It offers a full and balanced mouth between smoothness and a beautiful mineral tension. A harmonious wine with good persistence.
