A tasty and accessible Burgundy!

Planted on the well-exposed slopes of the hills overlooking the Côte, the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, established at the request of producers by decree in 1961, personalizes Burgundy and its hillsides. Domaine Denis Fouquerand et Fils delivers a wine of pleasure with a light golden color punctuated by some green reflections. The very fresh nose is dominated by white fruits and citrus fruits and enhanced by a vegetal touch of fern. In the mouth, a good balance between roundness and vivacity.

Tasting

Fresh and light wine, ready to be consumed to which aging will not bring big changes but which can nevertheless be kept 2 to 3 years more.

Pairings

Ideal as an aperitif, this pretty Chardonnay slightly tangy, will perfectly accompany a trout fillet or goat cheese.
