Bourgogne du Château 2022, Château de Meursault

Resisting it would be pointless – It’s too crunchy!

Coming from a blend of several plots located in Savigny-Lès-Beaune and Pommard, this lovely wine, carefully crafted by the Château de Meursault estate, displays a clear, beautiful ruby-colored robe. The delicate nose reveals indulgent aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, and blackberry, enhanced by a subtle woody touch and a hint of sweet spices that make it simply irresistible. On the palate, the attack is lively and supported by smooth, well-integrated tannins. The finish is rather long for a generic appellation.

Tasting:

This pleasurable wine is best enjoyed in its youth, showcasing the freshness of the fruit, but it is also well-balanced enough to be aged for another 4 to 5 years.
