Bourgogne Clos du Château 2018, Château de Meursault

This plot of 8 ha was planted in Chardonnay in the park of the castle in 1975. It produces a wine that, vinified and raised with the greatest care, has nothing to envy to some appellations of Meursault. Bright dress of a beautiful straw yellow. The nose reveals aromas of white fruits with a few touches of hazelnut and toast. The mouth while balancing combines with accuracy roundness, fat and minerality. The finish turns out to be rather long and slightly lemony.

Tasting :
This wine will delight you with the freshness and fruitiness of its youth but it can be kept for 3 to 4 years more to develop its olfactory intensity.

Pairings :
It is always ok to the aperitif with family or friends but we will also appreciate it on a light and summer food.
