Charm and delicacy !
This small plot bequeathed to the Hospices de Dijon by Marie-Sophie Grangier and cultivated by the Château de Marsannay, is located at the bottom of the hillside under the premier cru “Les Grèves”. This 2019 vintage offers us an ample and silky wine with the color of a luminous ruby. The elegant nose is expressed on airy aromas of pomegranate and red cherry. The palate is round with fine and ripe tannins. The rather long finish is marked by a delicate woodiness.
Tasting :
This wine to drink immediately if you want to preserve the exceptional fruitiness can also be kept for 6 to 8 years.
Pairings :
Its finesse and aromatic expression will sublimate a stuffed rabbit grating or a flowing egg accompanied by a fricassée of forest mushrooms.
