Beaune Blanches Fleurs Premier Cru 2020, Château de Meursault

With this rather confidential appellation in white, the Château de Meursault delivers us a real nugget with a light gold dress, sparkling. The very expressive nose gives off fine and complex aromas of citrus and ripe fruit enhanced by fragances of linden and peach blossom with a vanilla touch. This bouquet will evolve into notes of toasted hazelnut and almond, dried apricot, honey and cinnamon. On the palate, fatty wine with a moderate acidity combining minerality, richness and depth.

Tasting :
If you drink it in its youth, do not hesitate to decant it to amplify its aromatic expression. But, by showing a little patience, it will gain in complexity and opulence to give you infinite pleasure.

Pairings :
Its freshness and floral register will work wonders on poultry and veal in creamy sauce but it will also accompany a beautiful fillet of pike perch. Older, it will sublimate a foie gras and will be able to coax cheeses such as Cîteaux or a Comté of 24 months of ripening.
