It reveals its feminine side!

This parcel takes its name from the Latin “castellum” meaning water tower. It would seem that, in the past, this land was known for holding back the waters of a nearby river when it overflowed its banks. Domaine Henri De Villamont produces an elegant wine with a deep, luminous ruby color. The pleasant, seductive nose releases a veritable cocktail of gourmet fruits such as blackcurrant, redcurrant and wild strawberry, with hints of violet and roasted coffee. The palate is well structured, with great finesse and round, delicate tannins. The finish is long and fruity.

This great wine, although already very affordable, can nevertheless be cellared for a further 6-8 years.

This Chambolle will delight your taste buds with fillet of beef or duck breast, not forgetting a gourmet cheese such as Brillat-Savarin with truffles.
